New York City Harbor Lights Cruise
From US$40.00
Overview

As twilight descends over New York City, take in the lights of the Manhattan skyline from a boat on this evening harbor cruise. Listen to live commentary on the harbor’s sights—including One World Trade Center, the Statue of Liberty, and the Chrysler Building—as you gear up for a night on the town. Book ahead to guarantee your spot on this popular evening outing.

What to Expect

Make your way to Pier 83, arriving 45 minutes or an hour (peak season) before your desired departure for this popular evening cruise. Seeing the lights of Manhattan’s skyline blink on from the water is a great way to kick off an evening exploring New York City.

As the boat departs, find a seat or hang out by the railing for great views and photo ops of the twinkling NYC and New Jersey shorelines. Listen to live commentary in English or recorded audio commentary via a free app download (Mandarin, Portuguese, Italian, German, Spanish, French, and English). Step up to the galley for snacks and drinks, available for purchase.

Sights include the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, South Street Seaport, the United Nations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty.

Return to Pier 83 at the conclusion of your cruise.

Premium ticket doesn't keep you warm

Took the cruise on what was a rather chilly evening. As the blurb from Circle Cruises said they had an air con controlled cabin, we foolishly expected that to be for the premium ticket holders. Oh no, all we got is to go to the...More

Awesome views!

Excellent views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. However, we were unable to hear all of the commentary clearly from inside the boat.

Fun even in less-than-ideal weather

We weren't able to see a sunset due to a gloomy/rainy day, but the cruise was still completely worth it (and the photos still turned out amazing). Bring an extra jacket, blanket or sweatshirt as it gets windy. Our guide was very funny and I...More

My partner and I did this cruise on the 1st of April. We had an amazing time! The boat was excellent: lots of space to move around, good selection of reasonably priced food and drinks and clean bathrooms. The staff were lovely, especially the guide...More

You just present the packet tickets at the ticket counter at the time when you want to do the trip and they issue the tickets based on your NY pass.
