    Amazing
Our tour guide Anthony was so amazing! He made our trip just that much more special. He was extremely informative and knew exactly what he was doing. Coming from across the United States he was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had.

Anthony was a great guide! We really enjoyed it! He was thorough with all of the historical facts. We were able to go out on our own and explore as well.

    Fantastic tour by Charlie!
Charlie was an engaging storyteller, and informative guide. He was able to efficiently ferry us through the lines and offer relevant and significant stories in opportune times, rather than overwhelming us with constant facts. Excellent work, Charlie! Thank you - especially for making the tour special for our young historian!

    Tourist trap
Tourist trap. We atempted to purchase 4 tickets for a guided tour at 5:30pm the day before. The website provided a message indicating that that the payment could not be processed. Next morning we woke up at 8:30am to find that the company had send a message at 11pm (while we were sleeping) confirming a reservation for that day at 9:00am ... in half an hour. We contact them to indicate that we could not attend and they indicated that the notice was less the 24 hours and kept all the money. Not even an appology for sending a confirmation with 6 hours delay! We are reporting them. We are lin the process of filling a formal complaint with the consumer right office of the New York's Dept of Financial Services.

Jay Giffin is a fantastic tour guide
Jay Giffin was an outstanding tour guide. He was so enthusiastic about all things Broadway and theatre. The tour was so enjoyable and interesting. We were lucky to have perfect weather, as the tour is mostly outdoors. I highly recommend this tour to anyone.

    Comprehensive and worth the money
Very good tour. Started at the scheduled time. Our tour guide Mr Ken was very friendly, knowledgeable. He gave clear instructions right from the start of tour, as to the meeting points on every part of the tour. There was no ambiguity

Go with Timothy. Best tour guide!
Timothy was excellent. Superior knowledge of the landmarks and great flow with the facts, adding in some silly humor to keep us on our toes. 10/10 recommend this trip with Timothy

We had a small group which was great for moving around. Our guide Jim was so knowledgeable and you could tell he really loved doing this. He pointed out all kinds of little quirky things you would never see on your own. At the end he even emailed us some group pics and also some great photos of the places we’d visited.

Please remember this is a walking tour. A lot of walking so come prepared. Jim kept a good pace but also made sure we had stops for water, washroom and lunch. I would not recommend this tour for small children or if you need a stroller as it involved stairs, subway, boat and some uneven walking surfaces.
Fantastic Tour and a great way to see the real NY!

Let me start by saying a big thank you to our awesome guide Jennifer Andre. She’s warm, accommodating and very knowledgeable about NY. She set the right pace for the half-day tour and there was never a boring moment (the 6 hours and about 8KM walking seemed to fly past as it was so much fun).
As a solo traveler, Jen was sure to make sure I felt included and helped with taking pictures, lunch recommendations etc. she also took the time to explain the subway system and nicely followed up with an email 😊
I would highly recommend the walking tour. It’s a great way to quickly discover New York, her to see all of the sights plus subway and ferry in one day. And would advise doing it at the start of your visit to get a sense of the city.

What better way to start the new year than with a walking tour lead by the amazing Samuel. We saw so many iconic sights throughout the tour but it was Samuel that brought the history and meaning of each one to life. We learnt so many interesting facts about New York and were able to ask as many questions as we possible. The tour was at a great pace and Samuel was responsive to the needs of the group. He had great recommendations for foods to try, places to see and hidden gems within the city.
The biggest highlights of the tour for me were St Patricks Cathedral, New York State Library, Grand Central Terminal, Wall Street and the 9/11 Memorial.
This is a must do tour if it is your first time to New York and even if you've been multiple times you will learn something new.
Make sure you wear good shoes, rug up during winter and be prepared to learn a lot.

We absolutely loved our half day walking tour of NYC with Lyndsey S. Our teens and young adult ‘children’ really enjoyed the pace and information provided during the tour. It was a super cold day but Lyndsey’s positive, high energy attitude kept everyone engaged and smiling. This is a fantastic way to see the most popular sites in NYC while getting a lot of historical and cultural information from an experienced guide. Definitely recommend.

The weather was supposed to be rainy but we took a chance and decided to go on the tour anyways and that was a great decision. Claire is just witty, incredibly knowledgeable about the city and also passionate about it. We had a fantastic 6hr tour that really covers all the main landmarks and a wealth of information. She had the perfect amount of stories, walking, self exploration to make this tour our number 1 thing we have done so far in Manhattan. At least 5 times, perfect strangers commented how funny and witty Claire was or how lucky we were to have her as our tour guide. 6 stars out of 5.

Mindy C was the most amazing tour guide I have ever had and I have traveled the world on many tours. You must book the 7 hours NYC small group walking tour now, don’t wait or wonder or search anymore. Trust me, leave it to the professionals and you will have an amazing time while learning so much about the city that you never knew and actually having fun! I only had 1 day in NYC with my 15 yr old daughter and 13 yr old son who had never been to the Big Apple before. I had them make a list of everything they wanted to see and I was a bit daunted about how I was going to get that all in while still having fun. The answer was to leave it to the professionals. We had the most incredible day. I learned information I never knew, the group size was perfect (allowing for a chance to get to know the others but also letting you feel like you had your space). I could write an entire thesis on this tour but Mindy C made our 7 hour time fly by and we are already planning our 2nd trip back. 5 starts, you have to do this!

Cam is our tour guide that day. It was my first at NY. It is one on my bucket list. Cam was very accommodating and made sure that everything was planned and safe for all the travellers. He would always make sure that his voice was loud enough for everyone to understand. I learned a lot from the tour. What I cannot forget was his initiative when part of our tour was riding a train and i didn't have enough load on my MetroCard, he was the one who loaded the card personally. He was really thoughtful and I salute him for doing so! You will really be in good hands with Camilio.

This was a great tour! Our tour guide Claire was the absolute best - funny, knowledgeable, and thoughtful! It was HELLA hot/humid outside but Claire kept us in the shade and checked in on us frequently. The whole experience was worth it. My fav part was seeing the statue of liberty and the view of NYC from the ferry! I recommend you bring a big bottle of water and wear a hat, some shorts (avoid chub rub) with a good pair of walking shoes. Its a good tour to do the first day of your trip so you can figure out which places you want to revisit later. Thank you Claire!!!

The best way to learn about the real New York - is from a real New Yorker. Our guide Jim Waller not only had an excellent knowledge of the historical sites, he also showed us the more unique places that you’d never see from the top of a bus. Jim has a wonderful sense of humour & was very patient while I took hundreds of photos. Our group was 8 people ranging from mid-30s to late 60’s (me).
He gave us very good tips on what else to see & how to use the subway, which was invaluable over the rest of our stay. There were so many highlights, I loved the city views from the Staten Island ferry & St Patrick’s Cathedral.
Be prepared for a lot of walking, fine if you have average fitness, and Jim makes sure no-one is left behind. We were with Jim for 6hrs (incl a delicious authentic Italian pizza lunch) & the time flew by. Thanks Jim xx

A fun day out in NYC. Claire was fun and entertaining tour guide. She told a lot of great stories that made the walking tour fly by. If you don’t have a lot of time and want to hit all the major sites in Manhattan, thus is the way to go, I would highly recommend!
