Rude.

Tour guides came across as rude and intimidating. Especially, Tom from a Brooklyn hop on and hop off bus, and Carl from a New York hop on and hop off.

A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

My experience... For the hop on hop off bus and the bus to Woodbury common we had to get it exchanged for a paper ticket (less than 5mins from where we got the bus) and it only takes 5 mins to do. For one world observatory... More

We found the buses not very frequent and often they were full and didn’t pick up everyone at some stops. This was in March so hardly peak season. So allow yourselves plenty of time to get around,
