Overview
Diving into Savannah’s history isn’t something that’s easy to do on your own. This Savannah walking tour takes you through the Historical District and other areas with a guide, so you don’t miss a beat. Hear stories about Savannah’s past and present you might not hear otherwise, and get an overview of the city that’ll leave you feeling like an expert yourself.
What to Expect
This Savannah walking tour meets in the Historic District at Reynolds Square.

Once you get a little acquainted with your guide and group, set off on foot through the city. Your guide dives into the history of Savannah, telling you stories about the American Revolutionary War, the Civil War, and the colonial times.

Stop by main attractions of the city, and pass by lesser-known sites, eateries, and shops. During your tour, you’ll gain a sense for where to go to get certain types of food or souvenirs. This tour is really the perfect orientation to the city, and since you’re on foot, it’s easy to remember directions and street names as you walk.

Your Savannah walking tour ends back in Reynolds Square.

Captivating Tour

My husband and I really enjoyed the Architecture walking tour with Scott. He was very knowledgeable and told the many stories of Savannah in a captivating way. Overall great experience with both the quality of the tour and staff.
