Pick up at hotel was prompt and Mark, our driver, was courteous and welcoming. En route to the wineries Mark shared interesting Seattle/Winery/Snoqualmie Falls facts and kept everyone involved by including fun trivia questions. Overall it was a great day and would highly recommend it if you want to enjoy some time out of the city to see a little more of beautiful WA and enjoy some delightful wine tasting.

Thank you for spending the day with Mark on our Winery and Waterfall Tour. This is my favorite season. The PNW has so many beautiful places to see and visit especially Snoqualmie Falls.

This tour was absolutely spectacular. Mark was a very funny, social, and knowledgable tour guide. While I am not a wine drinker personally, doing this tour for my mother who is, I found plenty that was interesting and enjoyable. The food at the second location is VERY good, and I strongly recommend the brie, the brisket, and the teriyaki chocken sandwich.
Snoquami falls was the highligh for me as I am an avid hiker. While not personally a long enough stay for me, I have to remember that this is s wine tour and the falls are a perk. Knowing that, I stayed up at the main overlooks and still had a great time.
Boehms chocolates was a fun stop at then end and the samples and the chocolate was delicious.
I need to say this again: I am NOT someone who is into wine, but this tour was worth the money, even for me. I strongly recommend it. However, if you are going with idea that hiking Soquamie Falls is what will make your day, this tour is not for you. Moreover, you should not rate this tour negatively because you came with that expectation.
I strongly recommend this tour. We are only in Seattle two days, and this tour used one of them. I felt that it was definitely worth it.

Thank you so much for your feedback and review. We are so glad you traveled with your mother and even though you were not a wine connoisseur still had a great time and recommend this tour to others. You are correct about the hiking there just is not enough time to include it into our tour day, however guests who would like a little hiking would be greatly served if they choose our private tour option where you can customize your itinerary. We appreciate you and your mother touring with us!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. The two wineries we visited were both outstanding. The falls were beautiful. And ending the day with a chocolate candy maker made the day perfect. Our guide Cody was very friendly, took good care of us, and gave us tons of fun information. We highly recommend this for anyone who wants to visit wineries in a limited amount of time.

I was kind of disappointed with this tour and would not recommend. The wine tasting portion is in a strip mall type place with a bunch of tasting rooms/wine stores. We went to Goose Ridge wine tasting was $15 which is waived if you purchase any bottle over $31. The wines were good but I did not purchase. We spent about an hour. In the same area was Maryhill Winery. It’s actually a restaurant type setting so you are expected to order some food. The tasting is $15 for 6 wines which you can use towards a bottle of wine. I liked the wines here better and purchase a bottle of white. The food was also very good. We spent about 2 hours here. Next was the Falls it was beautiful but we only spent about 30 min. This was disappointing because we could not walk down the trail to the bottom to get a different view. The last stop was a chocolate store. We got dropped off and had the option to buy chocolate. There were so samples so I’m not sure if it was any good but it was on the pricier side so I’m assuming it was. A self guided tour was an option but we only spent about 20 min here so I didn’t have time. That was the whole tour. The tour was about $100 you are basically paying for transportation I wouldn’t call this a tour. There was a little bit of history thrown in on the bus ride but you are basically on your own. The best part was I met really nice people. I would have preferred more time at the Falls and the chocolate store was a waste of time. I would choose another tour honestly

First I would like to say that Mark, our driver and tour guide was the nicest, funniest man and one of the reasons we had such an amazing time on this tour. We ended up going with another couple so 4 people in total which allowed some flexibility by fitting in a couple extra stops. First we went to Kerry park due to extra time, and it was stunning. Next we headed to the wineries which were amazing and came home with 4 bottles (whoops). There was food at one of the wineries which was super convenient. We brought a sandwich just in case but the food we had was excellent we didn’t end up eating the sandwhich. We then went to the waterfall which we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Snoqualmie falls. Lastly we ended at the chocolate factor where (you guessed it) we purchased an overload of handcrafted chocolate and received a tour of the small chocolate making area and met the owner, they also gave us a free treat! The experience was overall 100% worth the money and recommended to anyone coming to Seattle to learn more about the city, it’s wine country and chocolatiers in the area. Ask for mark!!! Best tour guide ever.

We attended this tour and overall we had a decent time. The falls were beautiful but were a minor part of this tour. We only stopped at two wineries and were surprised we had to pay $15 and $25 per tasting. There was no food available at Goose Ridge but there was at Chateau Ste. Michelle (which was excellent). We also stopped at a chocolatier which was a nice treat at the end of the day. Out of all the excursions we did around Seattle, this one was the most disappointing.

I am sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your experience. It is noted under the tour description how many wineries are visited and that the tasting fees and lunch are excluded. These are major factors as to why our tour is less expensive. We do appreciate your feedback and you touring with us.

Overall I had a really great experience. Our tour guide Joel was nice, friendly, and informative. We visited two wineries, Adrice wines, and Chateau Ste. Michell, and I really loved both places. Each winery had its own characteristics, so I could experience various wines. We had enough time to enjoy tasting wine. Really awesome!
The waterfall was not as spectacular as the picture, but it has a pretty good view. However, the trail from the upper falls viewpoints to the lower falls viewpoint is a bit steep, so it was hard for me to climb back up in a short time. Well, I guess it would not be a problem if I had enough time.
I would like to recommend this tour to my friends and, if I visit Seattle again, I definitely want to participate in this tour again.

Wonderful way to get out of the city and view Snoqualmie Falls. We visited two wineries, the falls, and a candy shop before returning to Seattle. Don was an experienced curved that added some unique commentary as we passed by different places along the journey.

From the customer service and help provided by Desiree with a request to change my tour date, to the pickup time being spot on, to Mark’s wonderful personality and knowledge of the area, to the wine and the falls… This tour was wonderful! I had to make a last minute change to my reservation and Desiree was a superstar and so friendly in our communications. Mark was right on time for pick up and his personality and friendliness from the moment he said hello made me feel comfortable right away. The tour was wonderful with some awesome wine tastings. The food at Maryhill was delicious and the falls were stunning. Mark was entertaining and patient with all guests. Everything about this tour was worth it. Definitely a great tour, especially if you’re looking for a little reprieve from the city.

I am so thankful for Customized Tours and our guide Mark for providing the highlight of my vacation in Seattle. From the very start, the mood was light hearted and fun and Mark did a great job of keeping everyone involved and included. Mark was very knowledgeable of the Seattle area and managed to make the bus ride a ton of fun with trivia and fun facts and a great sense of humor. My fiancé proposed while on the wine and waterfall tour, and our guide Mark made the experience one I will never forget! Mark went above and beyond by capturing the moment with videos and pictures and helped make it a memory we will never forget!

The best thing you can do is call your tour company. Tour companies usually only pick up guests at the hotel designated by them.
