Use this company at your peril. I booked a 6 seater in July to collect us from hotel in Playa Blanca and take us to the Airport. It never showed up despite getting an email from them the previous day confirming all the details. They were impossible to get hold of on the morning but eventually did. At this stage we were 25 minutes after our pick up time. They said they would investigate and get back to me. I waited another 10 minutes and decided to order 2 taxis otherwise we would be late arriving at the Airport. On the way to the Airport they called and said there was a problem with the driver. Great, I already knew that. They said they would order 2 taxis to take us. I explained we were already on the way to the Airport as I had ordered 2 taxis. They asked for the Taxi numbers and assured me that their representative would meet us at the airport and pay the taxi drivers. Surprise, nobody met us at the Airport so I paid for both taxis. 30 minutes later they called me to see if I was at the Airport yet. We were already through security. I told them I had receipts for the taxis and I would be looking to be reimbursed. They said that wouldn't be a problem. Now over a month later and numerous emails and phone calls they are refusing to reimburse me the monies I paid for the taxis, over €80. They are not a company to be doing business with.
