Horrendous start. Late pick up by company so we missed first boat. Then we were dumped on coral island where there were 500 to 600 rows of deckchairs for two hours. Dreadful. Not allowed to stay on boat. Sails were never put up apart from on the sunset when the jibsail was used for 15 mins. Food was surprisingly good and the eve cruise to see sunset was good. Definitely a con as no sailing and we did not want to be with nearly 1000 on an island where beach had loads of plastic rubbish everywhere.

Hi, we booked the sailing catamaran tour to coral island from Nai Harn hotel / Phuket for feb 24. The tour was booked at the travel desk in Nai Harn hotel on Feb 23. The 2 offered core activities , snorkelling and watching sunset were cancelled due to bad weather. Therefore we had to stay for 3 hours at coral island which was crowded and the facilities especially toilets filthy and dirty. But the most critical part of the trip was that we had to use an approximate 150 long floating pier in order to go ashore and back to the boat later. The waves moved the pier in all directions without mercy. There was no chance to hold on the anything because this pier had no supporting handles at the sides. It was upmost dangerous to let the people walk on the pier without life jackets. Besides of the permanent movements of the pier waves overflooded the pier . It was a risky and dangerous experience which could have easily ended in a drama. The whole tour should have been cancelled. People should never uses this kind of floating piers under these weather conditions. Kurt Nass

The tour level was very low, unfortunately. 1. Tour guide English level was low. Explanations about the sights were short and in incomprehensible English. The expectations from a tour guide, and I had plenty of those on my life, is to be knowledgeable and provide information about the things you see. This wasn't the case with the old town, big Buddha, and the temples. Even if the guide has knowledge about this, she has no ability to deliver it in good English. 2. Cashew factory and Pearl store stations are but a tourist trap. The goal is to make money from you and they put pressure on you to shop there. 3. If you look at the small letters of the description you'll find out like us that Big Buddha is closed since September. We saw it from a close by view point, but we expected at least a thorough explanation about what we see.

Don’t get me wrong the trip is nice. You spend time on the Catamaran, you get to snorkel snd you see the sunset. All good But for this amount of money I expect way more!! First we had to way almost an hour at the harbor for all the other passengers Way can’t they coordinate a proper time? Second the catamaran was meant to sail but they drove the whole way mit the motor Even dough we had good wind Third the main spot for snorkeling was closed to to jellyfish and the didn’t provide an alternative or price reduction Forth the food included in the trip was very bad and not worth the money Our highlight was our guide! She was amazing And the sunset is beautiful but to be honest it would have been so also from land 😂

We went to Andaman water park today with our teenage daughters. It looked like it had all the potential to be a great day and with some hope, something close to Bali water bomb park- unfortunately not even close. They have some great rides and a very well set out park and great facilities but unfortunately that’s where it ends. The ride line ups are absolutely horrendous, one hour plus for most of the good rides with around 20-30 seconds of fun to get back to the bottom. Unlike Bali Water bomb park (which I will add are more than adequate with safety) they take safety to a ridiculous level, the wait times in-between each person/persons embarking on each ride is ridiculous, the frustration flows right through the entire of the patrons, people trying to jump ques and pushing through lines, with no authority or organisation whatsoever. The amount of dithering around the park attendants do in between each ride is ridiculous and there seems to be a lack of staff at every ride and eatery as well. Even to get a drink or some lunch is a very frustrating process. I’d recommend to management to take a trip to Bali and see how a water park should operate and I’d recommend to any tourist travelling to Phuket to give Adaman water park a very wide berth. Not my idea of a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience.

This was in many ways a great choice. Some of the island stops and the chance to snorkel was out of this world stunning 🤩 On the flip side we were not expecting the level of people also visiting and the commercialization. To visit a remote small island in the sea to find rows of deck chairs and umbrellas for hire and people selling souvenirs and clothes was not the picture we were expecting. It was nice to see a little bar with cold drinks and beers etc but to not be able to sit out of the sun unless you paid for a chair and umbrella was again not the experience we were expecting on a remote island stop. Maya island was great to experience but the stop was packed with people, and not a romantic remote memory like the film. Our guide was great and funny and we ran to time all day. Constant water and local Pepsi available all day. NOTE: getting on and off the boats and also at the dock is not ideal for people that are not mobile. Even though the guys are great at helping you the steps are deep. TAKE LOTS OF CASH - ALMOST ALL PLACES DON’T TAKE CREDIT CARD AND THOSE THAT DO CHARGE BETWEEN 3 and 7% 😱

Perfect experience. The hosts tried their best to keep us entertained and gave us enough time at every stop. Food was decent at the muslim village. Overall, a really perfect experience. This was one of the highlights for our Thailand trip.

Zipline experience was great. Highly professional and safety measures well managed. Great for young and the younger seniors. Slight uphill walk to warm up the muscles. A half way resting point may be necessary for some but manageable.

Wonderful experience! Best zipline experience I've had. Amazing views from the treetops, and I felt totally safe. The workers were AMAZING and so funny. Highly recommend this activity!

Spicy our guide and the crew was amazing. Great scenery but so many people. It felt rushed at Phi Phi island for the ones who snorkelled. Lunch was very ordinary, mostly spicy food. Lots of talk and hard sell before even leaving the jetty.

Amazing experience with professional team When back to Phuket again going to dive it’s different world every one must be do that

Sadly for us we found this a disappointing experience but the theatre and props and dancers are excellent. We rated it low because the employees in the restaurant and venue seemed over worked and unhappy and sad . We could be wrong but the ambiance was strange . This review is not a reflection of the employees but of who is running the place. The dinner was like school dinners in a vast hall and it felt like “ getting bums on seats” the food tasted good but again a real sense of us being on a conveyor belt . The worst aspect was we did not realise that at the start of the show there would be an elephant outside having photos taken . The poor beast looked drugged up to the eyeballs and was in our opinion in distress . The more we pay for and support this the less chance animals welfare will be considered and these beautiful beasts will be incarcerated and destined for a life caged and unsupported. Please explain to your kids that they shouldn’t have a ride or photo because it supports cruelty to these gentle giants . This could be amazing if they treated the employees animals and actually guests with more respect . Left me feeling sad

Not worth the money and a waste of time The buffet had many options but only the fries were edible.  The show is 50 minutes of colorful statues driving by on the stage.   They take away all phones and cameras so that no-one can film this garbage and post it here and other reviews so that you will not see whats there. My 3 year old had fun but adults felt like it was a big waste
