The market was too local. Not a highly advisable place to visit with kids. Local food options, may not be suitable for all especially for vegetarians.

We took a taxi from Patong and it was costly affair to reach this place. Highly recommend to either share ride or rent a scooter. This market was good for street food. Clothes and other items were not that impressive in terms of quality and...More

Really chill market with plenty of stalls and beer bars reminds me much more of Chiangmai than Bangkok. Costs tend to be more sensible here and an excellent number of foods. There is a pork tendon soup that the locals dine at, of course follow...More

If you’re going to this market for shopping it’ll be a waste of time and the 800 baht taxi ride there and back. Bangla Road way better for shopping.

Lots of tourists & locals patronising the night market. Food price is reasonable with lots of varieties to choose from. Go early as crowd starts to pick up around 6pm.
