Really nice stretch of beach with very few people as it is not as famous or close to Phuket itself. Cristal blue turquoise water, very calm on good days and it can even have a few waves when the swell comes in !

We have stayed in Phuket for the last two weeks. Every morning I have completed at least two laps of this amazing beach. The beach and water are clear and the atmosphere quiet and harmonious.

Nai Harn is probably the smallest of the popular beaches, but still my favorite. Behind the beach is a wooded "shaded" area where the local restaurants have seating areas where you can have a relaxed drink, snack or full meal. While all the west coat...More

Great beach, nice setting and caters to a lot of different visitors. Not 5 star as it is a bit dirty. Has a lot of plastic rubbish and other waste lying around the beach and grassed area.

I’m guessing this won’t be a typical review but it has been a bit windy/stormy for an hour or 2 each day (monsoon season). As a result the sea was rolling in huge waves and the beach was quite quiet. We had a great time

This is a lovely sandy beach and much cleaner than some other overcrowded beaches downtown. Although located a fair distance away, we enjoyed our trip on a warm sunny day with a nice breeze flowing here. Not many people which is always a plus. Can...More

A proper beach beach, far away from the crazy and dirty Patong. Good quality white sand. There's a bit of wave, but nothing that you can surf on.

The Windmill Resort is near Yanui Beach, you can walk there, but Nai Harn Beach is about 4 Kim over a large hill, if you are planning to go there daily you will need transport, as this is a quiet area of Phuket and no Tuk... More

We did this cruise and hired a local travel guide to give us a day tour. She met us at the jetty and her driver (in a nice air conditioned 7 seater vehicle all day) took us around Phuket. Was well worth the money as you get... More

The short answer is you can but I would not bother. The water was fairly clean but I do not believe there is anything to see. If you just want the practice, great.
