Both the trips are good but can be tiring. They start at 8-9am. It's around 1000TBH for one person. You can book from the hotel you are staying. It's available at front desk or travel desk. Lunch menus are generally their local cuisine which u might not like so carry some of your eatables as well. 400 is mandatory.
