The cave and beach are really beautiful and it is definitely worth going there. If you stay on the island you can kayak there and have the inside beach to yourself. That would make for a better experience than going on a group tour.
This is ironically described as a "secret" and "hidden". In fact it is incredibly popular and ruined by the sheer number of people there.

I personally would not have gone on this trip if I could not swim. The time we went the sea was very rough. We were not guided by a rope - we had to swim. I am an experienced swimmer and found this a challenge.
