We went on a Sunday morning, and spent a wonderful half day. The art was mesmerising and the little shops full of surprises and good buys. A good central location, and a stone’s throw away from Jim Thompson which is also worth a visit.

Great place to see modern art. The building is huge. There are multiple exhibitions, coffee places and souvenir shops. The exhibits usually have a description of the art piece in English. I was especially impressed by the exhibition "Figure of the Unknown Beauty". There was...More

Part of our 9 day stay in Bangkok was to savour the modern art and culture. This circular modern building reminds me of the Guggenheim in New York. Artwork was nice - nothing mind blowing. Is free.

Of the 9 levels within the BACC, surprisingly, only the top 4 floors are dedicated to art, while the bottom levels are a mix of retail and restaurants, although some art are shown, and the lowest level houses the library. The interior is undoubtedly impressive:...More

Free entry and great building showcasing some lovely works of art. Really wished we had longer to look around as there is lots to see so allow yourself a couple of hours. Really worthwhile checking out.

Yes, I took photos inside, no problems ... but you may not be able to use the flash, most places like this don't allow a flash. But there's lots of natural light coming into the place.
