We did the tunnel tour for the first time after missing it in previous years. Put simply the tour is an overwhelming experience. You have to see it to understand the connection between the ancient origins and the present, really brings tears to the eyes.

The official tour is reasonably informative and there was good opportunity to ask questions of the passionate guide. It's good value for seeing the tunnels alone. But it was rather busy at times with lots of school children bombing around. In places that tunnels are...More

It’s definitely great fun to be able to see something so famous/popular as the Western Wall from an entirely different angle. The actual walking tour is about 60/90 minutes, not long, but we had a very enthusiastic and competent guide telling us about the history...More

The Western Wall was one of my most memorable days in Israel. I visited for two weeks and my friend Ofer took me to almost all of Israel. This felt like such a spiritual place to visit. I was there twice once with Ofer and...More

Full disclosure. I am a little bit claustrophobic and went on this tour as part of our bigger guided tour. The presentations were good but the deeper we went into the tunnels the more my anxiety grew. The most interesting segment was the area where...More

How about going under Jerusalem and following the Western Wall with a guide who can tell you about 2000 years of history? Well, this is for you, then! For about 90 minutes, walk through Judean bridges, Roman water cisterns, Herodian masonry and an aqueduct chiseled...More

The Kotel is the Hebrew name of the Western Wall. When you book your tour, you can ask for the Kotel tunnel tour or the Western Wall tunnel tour - they are the same thing, no difference.

If you ho to the Kotel, you go to the area just next to the entrance to the men's prayer section. They can provide times for tours which are about every hour.

15-20 mins. But it depends, if you want to stop and listen to the story or pray maybe 25-30 mins. You will exit on Via Dolorosa.
