I have enjoyed every single day at this beautiful beach. That was the best part of my holiday in Costa Rica and the most relaxing place. Clean water, clean beach and the jungle made the difference.

Nice private and small cove but the ocean was rocky and hard on the feet so you need shoes of some sort.

Our concierge recommended Playa Manuel Antonio, but we wanted to try something quieter. It is a trek down to Playa Biesanz, but the water was very calm and it's a smaller beach. Only downside was high tide. We traveled in late September and the tide...More

You leave the car by the road, where a local couple awaits you to show you the way to this hidden paradise! Crystal clear water, unique grey sand and wildlife on the back!

This was on the Pacific side of Costa Rica and the water was a beautiful color of blue. The hotel was first class . Went on a catamran and got to see whales and a chance to go snorkeling. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Biezans was a completely natural white sand beach, which is accessed by a short walk through a forest trail. Great place to enjoy a relaxing day with a book, snorkeling or other water sports. Very safe for kids. Don't miss it.

Just infront of the hotel where we stayed , this was a magic corner. My kids enjoyed very much, no waves and very safe. We stayed at the Shana by the beach hotel which has a direct access to this small paradise, so we walked...More

Its a little tricky to find but this is a beautiful spot with calm water, great for swimming and relaxing in the water. You can rent chairs and umbrellas there.

This was a beach that our chef took us to that is a little more isolated. The water was so clear and beautiful, and it wasn't as crowded as the other beaches. We went jet skiing here and absolutely loved it!

Very pretty beach, but not good snorkeling as advertised. Additionally, 2 of my family members were stung by jellyfish. Good views though.

Not the best for viewing sunsets as others have said. Plus there are no restaurants or bars within walking distance of this beach. This is a cover that you hike down to and it is surrounded by rocks at the bottom. The vendor... More
