Worth the drive from Dubai. Some rugged mountain scenery. As said in recent reviews by other travellers......there is a big variety of goods including souvenirs, fruit and veggies, local crafts, carpets and rugs, food, household items, etc. at stalls and small shops across both sides...More

A one stop shop for various fresh farm produce to include fruits and vegetables. Also great artwork pieces available for sale. Bargaining very possible

A market on both sides of highway, where we can purchase carpets, fruits and vegetables from local farms, Omani sweets, pets/fish and a lot. New traffic lights has been installed for safety. Amazing place to bargain and buy. Open 7 days a week.

It is a unique place just 95 km from Dubai that sells carpets, cutlery and garden items. The prices are extremely reasonable but don’t forget to bargain. Fee free to quote your price even if it seems very far off from the original quoted price....More
