I'm not so much interested in churches in general, I met some people at my hostel who were going to do it so I joined them. I have to say I liked it a lot. All Granada has this antique environment I like so much,...More

Worth the walk to the top! The staircase is long and windy, but the climb is rewarded with the 360 degree view of the city.

For only $1 this place is a definite must see. You must climb a narrow staircase (I would not recommend this for those who have difficulties walking) but it is so pretty up there! We even got lucky and met a famous youtuber -Luisito!

A step spiral staircase leads to a spectacular view of the city. It was hazy when we visited, but we were still able to see a good distance off. The rooflines alone were interesting enough to make this worth the $1 entry fee!

A long, steep climb to the .bell tower of the church afforded jaw-dropping vistas of the cityscape and Lake Nicaragua – the world’s 20th largest.

This is a must do in Granada. Very young children are not permitted. Entrance is cheap. Stairs are windy, tight & steep. View is great. only criticism is it should be open all day & maybe in the night too.

Nice view of the town and Mombacho Volcano. It's worth the climb, as one is rewarded with 360 degree view.

This is an interesting relic of Managua but if you stay in a hotel near it, you will be hearing this thing all night. Yikes!

Well, the church will most likely be open since they offer mass on Christmas day. As for the bell tower I am not quite sure if it will be open or not. However, if it is for $1 you can go to the top and see a spectacular view... More
