Our group of three families greatly enjoyed the tour and food (all 5-star worthy). Our guide and host was very knowledgeable and kind. The price quoted for the wine tasting and lunch was very reasonable (although they didn't pour very much wine as part of the tasting). The wine was very good but not at all worth 72 euros/bottle. That's that part that will cause me not to recommend this place to friends (unfortunate because they have a lot going for them). Adding 3 bottles of wine (2 of their wines at 72 euros each and 1 from COS at 27 euros), our cost per person nearly doubled. My advice if you go is to ask about prices beforehand. In 2.5 years of living here in Sicily and visiting all kinds of wineries, only this place and Gulfi have been that sneaky with price gouging. I won't be back. With all the other WONDERFUL wineries in the area that don't price gouge, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

We were a group of 7, and we were impressed by the passionate way our host Vittorio spoke of Arianna’s winemaking bio dynamic methodology. The place itself is immaculately manicured, the wines excellent, leading to a very pleasant experience. Totally recommended.

Faultless. Brilliant tour and introduction to the vines and biologico method of Occhipinti. Informative, educational, cultural. This is how to do a tour. Feel privileged to have visited. Plus the wines are fantastic.

We really enjoyed our visit and tasting at Az. Ag. Arianna Occhipinti. She has really made a mark in the world of natural wine and promoting the wines of Sicily. Compared to some others I've tasted, her wines are more elegant and refined. The facility is also amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean and the tasting room, part of Arianna's house, is in an old wine making room where they used to stomp grapes and collect the juice. This is worth seeing by itself. Our tour was lead by Vittorio who really knows his stuff and was very informative. Great visit!

We've enjoyed Arianna Occhipinti's wines in New York City over the past couple of years, so we were thrilled to get the chance to visit the winery and vineyards on SP-68 itself outside of Vittoria. Reservations are needed, and despite the late-December off-season time of our visit, our tour group was "full" for the 12 spots for which they plan, evidence of her growing popularity. (Interesting that our entire group was made up of Americans) We got the honor of meeting Arianna later in the afternoon when she dropped by the winery, and came by the shop to thank us all for coming, to answer any questions, and to take photos. Very cool person, and it was great to meet a wino hero who is changing the entire wine world on Sicily and beyond! Good experience for wine nerds here!
