We stayed at La Concha and booked the zip lining + river swim excursion at the hotel. Transport was included in the package and our driver was great. Recommended that you don't drive there....not sure if I would have found this place as it is off the beaten path. It was about a 45 min trip from our hotel. The... More

First time in Puerto Rico - first time for my kids to Zip Line. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jonathan, Brian, Christian and the rest of the crew made this an entertaining experience for my family. They made us laugh, but more importantly, made us feel safe on every Zip Line (7 in all) - not to... More

We had the most amazing time! It exceeded our expectations. Benabe, Frank, Fino and Christian were so much fun. They all went out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. We looked at so many other places and it was expensive and boring. This place was so much fun and reasonable. It lasts about 1 1/2 - 2... More

The overall experience was fun but be aware that you have to hike to the 1st platform to zipline. It was pouring rain so it made it a little difficult to see. As far as safety, landing on a tiny step stool really didnt seem that safe. They asked us to be there at 2 but we waited an hour... More

Organized and professional staff. Zip lining was perfect for 10 and 12 year old. The staff was great with 10 year old who was almost too lightweight to make it across But she did:)

Upon arriving 20 minutes early, we were told that we would wait at least 40 minutes since the rest of our group had gone to the wrong zip line company. Then they added another 30 minutes to our wait (just in case). For just the two of us of course we still required 2 guides, and it was the last... More

This was our son's first time zip lining. The guides were very nice. They even showed us "shy ferns" that close when you touch them. We also loved being encouraged to do one of the zip lines hanging upside down!

Thank you to Juan Carlo, Johnathan, Johnathan, and Luis - they were all fantastically both fun and professional. My 7 and 10 year olds were thrilled with their experience, and my husband and I were so happy as well. What a great time! Thank you for everything!
