My teen kid and I had a great time. Jose is awesome with inexperienced riders, and the horses are easy and fun to ride. The contrast of riding in the forest, then on a back road, then on the beach is interesting.

My husband and I booked this excursion during our honeymoon and we had the BEST time! Jose was a wonderful guide - very knowledgeable and fun! The horses also enjoyed themselves and seemed to have fun along the ride. The ride was western style, we went through the forest and then splashed around on the beach. It was peaceful in... More

The gentleman host was knowledgeable and you could tell he loves horses! He thoroughly explained the trails, advised of the possible perils yet walked everyone through every part of the tour. If your looking to horseback ride while in Puerto Rico. This is the place to go!!

We are a family of 4 with some trail riding experience and booked this ride after seeing photos of the beachfront trail online. Our guide, Jose, was very congenial, knowledgeable about the area, and provided us with a lovely trek though woods and then along the beach. The horses are all rescued animals, seem to be well treated, and were... More

We have been on many trail riding experiences at different locations, and this was by far the best. Jose was incredibly friendly, knowlegable and generous in teaching how to control the horse so to get more than a nose to butt ride. Loved riding along the beach and in the water! The trip through the jungle was also beautiful, felt... More

This was a highlight of our trip, something we could all do together (various levels of horse experience) and Jose was very accommodating. Beautiful forest and beach scenes. Would have liked to try a gallop, not sure if Jose mixes that up depending on group expertise, but we had a wonderful time.

The horses are described as rescue horses so I don't know if that explains the emaciated condition of some of them but I felt bad making them exercise. They were good horses and seemed happy, just thin with some nicks from the undergrowth. There is a weight restriction of 230 pounds max. There are no helmets and there is some... More

Thank you so much for your review.   It was pouring in Puerto Rico for 3 weeks when you guys arrived.  Right at reservation time the rain and the conditions of the ranch were discussed.  You guys still insisted  to go for the adventure.  The helmet and terrains were discussed prior to arriving at the ranch as well as the horses... My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Catch a Dream this weekend as part of our cruise vacation. Making the reservation was fast and convenient, and they sent clear instructions and a reminder the day before. Their friendly driver picked us up on time right in front of our hotel, and similarly with the return. Our guide was... More

Very clear instructions on how to arrive at destination. Jose helpful even though I had hardly ever rider. Horses were sweet natured.
