This is a great shop with products from across the region - sweet and savoury and a range of lovely gift items too. Free parking. In the summer they sell fabulous ice cream too.

Lovely little tour around the factory. English translation book provided to explain all the displays. Found it quite interesting to see the social impact of simple dairy products.

Although the exhibition is small it is very interesting and informative with a few video presentations. We visited on a Sunday and unfortunately didn't see the caramels being made but the videos of this were good. The boutique is lovely and you also get to...More

We thought we would stop by for a quick tour of this famous Normandy caramel maker. But we ended up spending over an hour learning, watching, and eating caramels! A surprisingly good tour stop.

Great shop for caramels, and various gifts. Unfortunately the factory was closed even though the ladies in the shop said it was supposed to be open - may be best to phone to double check before going !

You cant visit the camembert anymore so this is the next best. Its modern, well-run, interesting, although a bit small. You can watch the toffee being made in stages, and the shop is very good. Well-worth a visit and not like Disney!

The factory includes a history of Caramels in Normandy. You can also watch caramels being cooked, cooled and packaged. The gal spoke lots of english and was very helpful. Next door is the factory store that we really enjoyed. Free samples at both the factory...More

A small museum on caramel. The museum overlooks the "factory floor" so, during the week, you can watch production. A very good video tour at each window. Warning: Lock away your wallet before entering the shop. You will spend way more than you intended on...More
