One of the few in North Goa that hasn't been fully commercialized. A few huts were just about enough, less crowded and more peaceful comparing to other known beaches in Goa.

Perhaps the cleanest & safest beach of north Goa.Its very near to Arambol but complete opposite in terms of commercialization.Very few restaurants and shacks but enough to cater the tourist. The beach is flat and safe for swimming.lots of resorts, huts and guesthouse to choose from depending on your budget. Please do not litter the beaches and keep Goa clean

Cleaner and less crowded than surrounding beaches with very nice restaurants such as Lazy Dog that serve food and drinks to your sunbed. Beach has lifeguards and is cleaned daily from the trash people leave around >:( Shore is quite shallow especially on low tide so it is very nice to walk. There ofcourse are deeper parts for swimming. Surfboards... More

Awesome place to hang out at. Great view low lying beach. Only thing that's a bit of spoil sport is the parameters making noise in the evening.

It's a quiet and clean beach. There is sand and waves. Minimal hawkers. This is good. Kayak from riva hotel behind

The beach is quite peaceful and very neat and clean unlike the other beaches in the heart of the city like Calangute which is very crowded. One can easily spend full days sitting and enjoying in the sea and the beach away from the hustle and bustle.

Great place, not crowded, in fact positively quiet and unhurried. Will get busier later in year, but for now, perfect. Beach is clean and water is warm.Lots of places to eat and drink. Some hawkers. Lovely and peaceful with no crowds unlike Bags and Candolim further south.

We visited this beach from our hotel in Panjim. (About an hour away.) It is a lovely clean beach, good for swimming and bodyboarding. We were there off season so easy to get a chair and not too noisy. Don't know what it would feel like in high season? Tip. Very popular with Russian holiday companies and some of the... More
