Taxi ride to the fort is 10 minuets from Yingkou centre. Historic fort is OK to see but don't expect to spend a long time there. Its not that big but worth a quick visit in a day with other places like Lengyan Park.

Apparently there was a fort here, but it was destroyed long ago by Russian and Japanese troops. So what you see now is just a recent rebuild for tourists.
