Ropeway/cable cable car ride to the top. No long lines in Oct. At top, great views of the harbor and town. Easy walking paths for strolling to view pretty garden and shrine.

The rope way does not go all the way to the top. The short hike is pleasant, the gardens lovely, the views spectacular. Not sure if it is wheelchair accessible, but there were lots of stairs and paths. There could be workarounds I didn't spot....More
