This memorial park is nestled withing the natural vegetation of the region which keeps your pulse on the seasons, but there are displays that change periodically with a variety of stunning plant life. Usually the park entrance fee is 300 yen per person. During the Rose festival season it hikes up to 1000 yen but it is worth paying. Though not exactly attended to like a proper British garden, the sheer number and types of roses is worth going to see. But avoid the mornings and lunch hours when all the young families... More
