Absolutely stunning beach, accessed through boardwalks and sand dunes with marram grass. Lovely to see North Wales in the distance, Liverpool and Blackpool. Even the wind farm looks attractive in the distance. Good to see bins on the beaches and a lifeguard hut, though not manned at this time of year. Lovely lovely beach.

Parts of this beach do get very busy during the summer months particularly the Victora Road end, however further up the beach where the old coastguard building was it is much quieter.

The beach is lovely 😊, there are long delayed in parking and I recommend turning of somewhere and parking it's £5 to park and it's a trek on sand dunes to the beach I found it very difficult not suitable for those with difficulties walking

This is a spacious open beach. It is ideal for families and animals and it is ideal for walking your dog. There is parking at various points.

Miles of lovely, quiet beach. Perfect for walking the dog. Also dunes and other features, it would be easy to spend all day here. First time visit but will definitely return when we have more time.

Came here with my 21 yr old daughter and 4 year old niece. It was cold but bright and we were well wrapped up. The beach is lovely with lots of shells to collect. There is plenty of space and perfect for families and dogs. Highly recommend.Take a flask in the winter.

Plenty of places to choose from to walk here there is an entrance fee of £5.70p but if you're a national trust member it's free. Plenty of toilets dotted around... all clean that we visited! ice cream vans that do teas and coffees too and I believe a cafe but we didn't visit that. We also had a short beach... More
