We are Scotland's largest birds of prey centre. There are over 70 birds to see and fantastic flying displays every day. Our birds include eagles, falcons, owls, hawks, vultures and parrots. We are open from 10am till 5pm and the displays are at 12 noon and 3pm daily. The centre is open 7 days a week all year round. We do experiences where you can handle and fly the birds (booking required). Come and sample our home cooking at The Cabin Cafe.

We travelled here from Glasgow by train, alighted at Greenfaulds and had to walk a little bit on the side of the highway to get here but it was all worth it! When we first walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff and right after by the fluffiest kookaburra and some lovely rescue parrots. The variety of birds... More

Spent a great morning taking photos of the birds at a "Studio morning". It was amazing to get so close up to these fantastic birds. Later had lunch in the café. All in all a great experience. So happy.

Very hospitable, lovely hot filled rolls and drinks in the cafe. Wide variety of birds, and excellent flying display peppered with lots of salient educational comments.

I've been to a number of bird sanctuaries and collections over the years but this place is a little gem. The sanctuary homes a variety of rescue birds, some of which I've only previously seen in the wild. It may not be the largest centre but the staff are very knowledgeable and it is obvious that they are committed to... More

Cant rate this place high enough. I actually had a fear of birds when I went and hoped this would help. The staff were amazing, full of knowledge and very patient. By the end of our Bird of prey 2 hour experience I had a large owl flying towards me and landing on my arm....several times!!!! My lifetime fear had... More

Went here for the Taster Birds of Prey Experience. Well worth the money. Staff were very helpful and friendly from reception, cafe and through to the falconers. The falconers were very informative throughout and answered any questions put to them. the selection of birds was fantastic, as was the flying display however without a doubt the best part of the... We had a Groupon for a birds of prey experience and it was so much fun. Really interesting too. They fly some of the birds, 4 on our visit, and explain lots about bird conservation. Then you have a break for a coffee and then a hands on session where you hold a couple of the larger birds and then... More

I went here at the start of 2015 when living in Glasgow, my partner had bought me a ticket as a gift. A slightly dreary, cool day meant I could wander the park in serenity (if you want to enjoy your day in Scotland sans 50 screaming children, just visit things when it's rainy! 😄). There are many beautiful birds... More
