Sad, but good to know!

When we got there it was not busy at all, and they gave us a english speaking guide, who was very knowledgeable and made the tour good!

Great spot near the train station

Perfect place to spend a rainy day. Looking around the bookstore is mesmerising, and there is a great bakery and dessert shops downstairs.

Great place to view international books, arty homewares, clothes...and there's a bakery (the great bake) and Starbucks there.

A pop and chic place to pass through
Feb 2019 • Couples
Ive said pass through in my title, but really you could spend almost all there there!. With the large library, book store , the elegant chic areas to relax. Coffee shop. Busy atmosphere, but not crowded. And shops on the higher floors. Parlung near by, but far easier by train to access. Tsutaya you done a great job, and its a pleasure to see companies invest in areas like this.

Books and Coffee
Nov 2017
T-Site in Hirakata is a very nice place but hard to describe. Is it a Bookstore? Sure, it has literally thousands of books; is it a coffeeshop? Right, has many different cafés, a couple of bakeries, an ice cream stand, a pancake place and a matcha crêpes shop; is it a kids store? Definitely, the fifth floor is the most kid friendly place I know around and you can find wooden toys, children books, kids' clothes, a photo studio, and also an adventure attraction. Sincerely, a place for all the family.

Cannot recommend enough
Mar 2017 • Friends
This is an amazing bookstore. Restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery store, it has nearly everything. It's right next to the train station as well so the location is excellent. We were in Japan for a week and made a point to visit Tsite every day.

Interesting Experience
Dec 2016 • Family
The mall is 8 floors and has a variety of things for sale. The mall has about 2 floors dedicated to books. One of the floors dedicated to books also has an amazing electronics store. The other floors have a children's book section, clothes & accessories, and a restaurant. There is also 2 Starbucks. One inside the mall and the other serves patrons outside the mall. Overall my favorite thing about the mall was the electronic store. They have a plethora of phone cases for all cellphone types.

Impressive
Jan 2017 • Couples
Hirakata T-Site has a lot going for it--grocery store, Starbucks, a huge book shop and more. We like to come and by fruits and select meats, although other supermarkets are slightly cheaper. Great to come look through books and sip on coffee on the weekends. Recommended.

Hirakata T-Site.

There is a little bit of something here for everyone. The T-Site (Tsutaya) is five floors of heaven, that's if you are a shopper. It has a great selection of cafes, three floors of books & magazines, speciality shops. A travel agent. It is also very centrally located - opposite the Keihan Hirakatashi Station.
