The food was OK, not great. We found it to be exceedingly expensive. We had driven up from Queenstown, as a lot of people do, and I would highly recommend bringing your own food!

I am so glad we saw this cafe! The coffee was good and strong. The staff was friendly. I absolutely loved the items they had for sale. Artwork, greeting cards, jewelry, postcards! Artwork and cards by local artists!

Had a toastie sandwich with cheese onion and pineapple followed by the carrot cake. My usual mocha. A couple of nice schoolboys learning the ropes served us.

The service here is very friendly and there's a generous selection of cakes and treats on offer. Stopping in for morning or afternoon tea plus a browse through the souvenirs makes for a welcome break on arrival in Glenorchy. Recommended.

We were quite surprised at how good this little cafe/gift shop was. Coffee and hot chocolate were great and the service was fast.
