If you're only able to visit one of the natural pools, go to this one. Its less crowded and feels more natural. Plus a great little restaurant

We only had drinks at Charco Azul, and the view is beautiful. Fun watching the waves crash into the pool below. Everyone was friendly with the exception of the bartender who was very gruff, and it appeared his coworkers were treading very softly around him....More

I would check to make sure that you don't waste a trip here only to find that it isn't open. Having been here in April it was nice but definitely not very warm and it's doubtful that the water would be. Looks like an interesting...More

We drove from the south but the pools and everything around were closed - probably due to the extreme currents and waves! We were a little disappointed not to swim but the views were lovely. Worth going on a calm weather day!

A very stormy day for a visit with dramatic Atlantic rollers. Very pleasant setting though and can absolutely see how wonderful it would be in summer. Plenty parking but would recommend getting there early in the high season. Plenty bars and restaurants. Lovely spot.

We came to spend the day but sadly this place is closed until 31st December for renovations. From what we could see it looks to be a great place to spend an afternoon with its own bar and sunbathing decks around the carved out of...More

In April for me the water was too cold buy many people were swimming there. It depends on your temperature level tolerance.
