This is a very good, well laid out trail which takes you from the visitor centre, under and then up behind the famous viaduct before going on above the railway line to the lovely old station. Make sure and visit when the steam trains pass...More

Lovely views all the way from Fort William to Mallaig. There is so much in the Afternoon tea we could not eat it all. One between two would have been enough but it was really good.

Car park far too small for peak season and big queues for loo's. The viewing area accessed from the National Trust visitors centre does not give you the best view of the bend in the viaduct. Somewhat disappointing.

We parked for free at the station and paid a small donation for a leaflet of walks in the area. The viaduct walk starts from the station. The path is well trodden, so is easy to follow. Some of the path is boarded, but it...More

A must for all Harry Potter fans. The viaduct was built in the 1890s and an engineering marvel. It was completed on time and on budget. The view of the viaduct from the visitor centre car par is rather disappointing. For the best view, drive...More

There is a good path that goes up to the base of the viaduct but to look down onto the bridge you have to climb and follow the trail which is a steep walk up not wheelchair friendly. You can get some cracking photos from... More
