This small village is one of my favourite places in Fuerteventura. It can get really windy though. We went swimming here most days even though we were staying in Corralejo. The lagoons are sheltered which means you can swim even when the rest of the islands beaches may have red flags due to huge waves. There are plenty of stone... More

the trip to the lighthouse and a visit inside are well worth the effort a new walk has been set up around the headland where fossils and examples of rock strata are now clearly displayed then enjoy the various warm water filled lagoons and the many beaches

From Corralejo town approx 45 mins bus ride as you detour to all the villages or 20 mins by car. Great views of the other side of the island. Stunning coastline and enough cafes and restaurants to go at. Would recommend a day time visit

Most stunning place I saw on Fuerteventura! Beach so white I could not believe, water so clear and warm in winter 😎 Not so many people there either, so good to be there and enjoy!

The lagoon area was great with powder white sand and turquoise water. Very shallow and no big waves or currents so great to wade into, sit in and swim. Very safe for kids too. One of my favourite beaches in Fuerteventura.
