The park covers a large area, and is probably best for those spending several days with intent to hike, ski, snowshoe, or engage in other outdoor activities. It seems to be well suited for lots of outdoor activities. We drove up the valley and really...More

We stayed at a cabin on the lake at it was fantastic. Whilst the cabin is basic, and you need to take your own linen, it is delightful. You feel part of nature. The national park is beautiful with some great walks.

At the right level ( 0.7m to 1.0m ) the river desecent from Jetee is fantastic. Exceptional setting with memorable walks, La Croisee to the rock (17km ), excellent. Sadly the campsite we stayed on for 3 nights, Alluvons, over a weekend, full to capacity,...More

I went to the park specifically to experience the 11km Les Loups trail. This is not a loop and is 11km round trip. The park guide book estimates that it takes 3.5 hours to the second lookout and back. However, as someone of average hiking...More

Absolutely beautiful scenery, with trees and the river, although not too many pull-offs for picture-taking. Except for the one visitor center, very rugged and without services (bathrooms, food, etc.) The road we were on changed from a paved road to a gravel road with many...More

We did not actually walk the trails but from what we saw at trailheads, I would not think a stroller would work at all. Even the driving roads got pretty rough at times.
