Talisker Distillery is the oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye, set on the shores of Loch Harport in the village of Carbost. Come and visit us for a tour of the Distillery, see our 5 copper pot stills and the traditional worm tubs that make our Talisker so unique, then take a look at the casks in the warehouse where the Angel’s Share is lost to evaporation during maturation. Have a taste of our award winning Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky in our Visitor Centre.

We had a great tour from Hugh. He was clearly very knowledgable about the product and its history and his enthusiasm shone through in the tour. Definitely worth a stop if you're a whiskey lover

Didnt do a tour here as it was so busy. They do have nice displays in their shop area which gives you something of the history of the place. It was so busy I didn't bother having a sample.

We did the classic tour. I would have liked more information. Our tour guide almost seemed nervous and too young for the job.

A good tour with Paula, explaining the whole process very well and coherently. A wee dram offered at the end, and of course a good selection of whiskey to buy in the shop afterwards. Well worth the money.
