This is one of the best beaches on the island. It is very quite and the lagoon is breathtaking. Good snorkeling. Easy walking. Go at night with flash lights and see all the little crabs.

Lovely place to snorkel and enjoy. It is easy to get to from anywhere in the island if you have transport. We have talked about getting accommodation closer to this next time we visit as we spent so much time around here.

We stayed on this beach and it was fabulous to wake up to the beautiful water every morning. Perfect for safe snorkelling with plenty of fish or for paddling a canoe on. Best at high tide.

I don't know why anyone would bother with Muri Beach when this gem is nearby. the waters are clearer with far more sea life. The beaches are clean and beautifully kept.

We love the lagoon on Titakaveka. The water is fantastic for snorkelling and it's never crowded. Lots of interesting fish and not too deep to swim and snorkel. We visited in December 2016 and back again in May-June 2017. December was better snorkelling because there...More

We arrived late the night before and had no idea what the beach was like. Next morning we awoke to a magnificent sunrise, with beautiful white sand, palm trees swaying in the balmy breeze. One word. Paradise.

Some of the resort beaches seemed pretty good (Rarotongan, Pac Resort), but for the general public this area around the south east is the beach to visit. We stopped opposite an Adventist school sign and it was great for swimming, just sticking to the sandy...More

Best beach on Raro without a doubt. So stay at the hotel on the best beach and that is the Moana Sands!
