Don't ever go to Woodhallpa Spa without visiting the Kinema. It has so much to interest anyone interested in films. Signed photographs of film stars and old cinema memerobilia. Don't miss this

We have been fans of the Kinema for years. It has an old fashioned charm but the films are right up to date. There is no glitz just friendly, helpful staff, good value tickets and refreshments and a very different experience

Like going back in time with a few mod cons. You won't come across many of these in your life time. Quaint clean and tidy. Great for watching old classics or the modern equivalent. Everybody treated with respect regardless of age. Great for the family or individual. Just sit back take in the ambiance and enjoy.

We visited with our children while on holiday and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Lovely little historic cinema reasonably priced and the organist was a real treat!

The Kinema has been a cinema since the 1920s and maintains a really old-style atmosphere with movie memorabilia in the foyer and old style tickets. The main screen has an intermission, when an organist comes up out of centre stage and plays tunes related to the movie, controlling a piano and a percussion contraption from the organ - it's worth... It has up to date films showing (as well as the oldies). It's cheaper than the big chain cinemas. Good selection of refreshments (and ice creams).. I loved the mid-film intermission, with the added bonus of entertainment - you have to go to see it!! Plenty of free parking.

enjoyed visit to the theatre very clean and relaxed, the curtain coming across in the interval was quite surreal as was having an interval whilst at the cinema. the smaller room helped with decreasing the noise from other cinema users and the chairs were a lot more comfy with more leg room.

Nestled in the woods, its like going back in time, you even get an intermission ( which the kids hate lol ) if you lucky enough to drop on a showing and the organist starts playing it is an amazing event. I prefer going here to any major cinema chain.
