We were staying in Greencastle and used the ferry to visit Bushmills for their tasting tour. The small ferry (takes about 9 cars) and is seasonal but, when running, sails all day long back and forth across Lough Foyle so if you miss one, it...More

This ferry was super easy to take advantage of, since we stayed the night before just down the road in Moville. We didn't have to wait long at all to roll on board the ferry and it was a quick trip across to Northern Ireland....More

This is a seasonal ferry service which links Northern Ireland with the Irish republic. It takes 110-15 mins and runs every 45 mins approx. The cost is 15 Euro or £13. A beautiful journey across Lough Foyle .

It is an advantage if you have the opportunity to take the ferry to Northern Ierland - no waste of time. Check in front if ferry is on service in the period you travel!

This ferry is a great way to explore both the Inishowen peninsula and the Causeway Coastal Route. The journey only takes 15 minutes and you can step out of your car and admire the stunning scenery of both Donegal and Derry.
