Very nice and old Christian church in small amazing town. Big car park opposite church. Close to church many bars and nice streets.
Easter week visit. Big dark stone building with beautiful stained glass. Free car park right next to it.

What an impressive church. It is like a cathedral, built in a Gothic style, but it dates from the 1920's.
An interesting church - on the way into the center from the parking area. For anyone interested in Catholic churches this would be great.
This Gaudi-esque church is what catches your eye as you approach Arucas. It is impressive and in our opinion is best viewed from outside. Inside it is rather plain and has no 'wow' factor.

We stopped off here for 30 minutes as part of an Island "highlights" tour. It is a nice looking building and worth spending half an hour looking round it but I wouldn't spend much longer than that.
