Awesome for kids!

Reasonable price for its size. There were more species than we thought there would be, it was fun! The kid loved that he was able to touch turtles!

We went here on an over cast day and it was reasonably priced. We were given information on when feeding was and told where to start. Firstly we went through the reptile house and saw lots of snakes, lizards. We then went and saw the different sized tortoises and were able to stroke them. Lastly we went to watch the... More

We visited Aligator Bay on a grey and gloomy day and the kids loved it (age 11, 10 & 8). Giant tortoises roaming free, multitude of snakes, lizards etc.... Feeding time was good too. Highly recommended day out.

Never seen whole chickens disappear quite so fast, the man comes out with a box full and just throws them into the pen. Obviously the chickens have been prepared no feathers, heads or feet. The other good one is the giant tortoise. The man comes along with a big wheel barrow full of grass cuttings and weeds etc and dumps... More

Son and husband spent a good few hours marvelling at the alligators and large tortoises. A good afternoon spent exploring.

Yes its smelly but great for kids to see. Price wise it was about £50 for the family and there is a café selling butties although coffee is out of a vending machine. Kids can touch giant tortoises and there are plenty of reptiles in cages to look at. There is a gift shop at the end with some cheap... More

Not a bad visit here. Lots of lovely tortoise and turtle/terrapins. Snakes and other reptiles interesting and we'll cared for. Lots of crocs and gators, the albino gators were beautiful. Not a full day attraction but good for a couple of hours.

Fine if you like reptiles. Horrendous if not! Quite interesting to see the alligators but they didn't really move when we were there. The signs did state when feeding times occur so presumably if you can catch feeding, the reptiles nice more then. There are definitely loads of them - the smaller kids in our party were fascinated. The place... More

Without doubt the exhibits are excellent, the atmosphere created is respectful of the animals- but nota five star because it is really quite small. You have about an hour, two if you really marvelled over everything. We loved the tortoises, the snakes and the crocodiles. It is fun and a nice place, it just feels like half a zoo and... More
