Located between Tokyo Station and Imperial Palace. Some water is there, but not allowed to step in. When I was there, no fountain was working. To me, this is just an open area. Got a bit surprised seeing this place is listed here.

This small park is withing the outer moat of the imoperial palaxe and has a series of water features and a cafe. it loos towards the Palace Hotel and with the back drop of the Imperial Palace. Sadly no water on the day visited.

The fountain park is very close to the Imperial Palace and Gardens. The fountains continuously change their water pattern, so it will keep your attention for awhile. Plus, there is lots of space to explore and take pictures.
