Beautiful station. Cool shops underneath. My kids and husband loved exploring everything here. A fun way to spend a few hours.

This place was very difficult to find. We spent time on Google Maps just trying to find this place and we were already in the Tokyo Station! Finally, I got some friendly help from the JR service center and located it. This place in my...More

The Tokyo station has a small but rather long gallery that features beautiful picture of famous and historical train station from all over the world. It’s a really nice gesture and touch to the station; it’s like an art gallery which exclusively features famous and...More

One of the big ticket things on my list is a visit to Chiyoda, the imperial centre of Japan. This ward in the centre of Tokyo houses the power centre of Japan. Right at the centre is the Imperial Palace and surrounding it are key...More

Biggest station I went too. I got lost. I have to use my google maps for directions. There is anime street with all the official kid anime shops. You can spend a day there after the fish market.

A majestic station building and superb interior architectures make the Tokyo station a place worth visiting. Tourists will be transiting numerous times through this station if using the Japan Railways (JR) routes but do spend some time admiring the station architecture. There is an exhibition...More

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
