We were lucky to stay at The New Otani and enjoy the gardens. I would highly recommend anyone to go see the gardens even if they were not staying there.

The Tower at Hotel New Otani in Tokyo is charming, great service, comfortable and has beautiful views of the garden. Easy access to underground railway transportation.
