Lots of flowers, plants, trees. A cool place to have a walk and enjoy the view of the bay. Great photo spots, in particular The Statue of Liberty. The park is spacious enough and one does not get the congested feeling, enough space and air for everyone, no jostling with one another.

Nothing really spectacular about this park, it is more about what attractions are nearby that result in people walking through this park.

My husband and I walked around this park on our last morning in Tokyo and really enjoyed ourselves, even though it was a bit chilly. Great if you can find a bench in the sun though!

It runs alongside Hibiya Dori and includes the Zojoji Temple and borders the Tokyo Tower and is a fairly standard style park in Tokyo. There are some interesting raised and riocky areas but most is fairly flat and not that interesting. The Zojoji Temple is worth a visit so look at the gardens as well

I run or walk past this park regularly. It is large and has many nice views of Tokyo Tower. Located at the park area is Zōjō-ji Temple, associated with Tokugawa and depicted in woodblock prints. Worth a stroll.

Having wandered along from the temple we found ths little oasis of calm. Places to sit, drink machines handy for warm humid climate and flower beds to admire. Watch out for the mosquitoes by the trees. Probably better putting on bug deterrent. Nice to see the local families relaxing in the park.

You don't have to go to this place for this park. But if you are around it may be a nice place to sit and have a rest under long trees.

Tokyo, although is a metropolitan city, city development department never seem to forget to put in patches of greenery everywhere within the city. Make sure you visit this park during Sakura season and you will not be disappointed.

This is a nice (small) park near Tokyo Tower. Has lots of activity (visitors) even at night. Not a place to make a special trip to visit but if you happen to be in the area it makes for a nice side visit/place to stop and relax.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
