Visiting Odaiba island was a great experience. It is connected to the city by Mono Rail. You get the beautiful view of the Rainbow Bridge from Odaiba. Also it house the Fuji Station. Lots of shopping and eating options as well. Madam Tussaud's Tokyo is located here.

Very close to Aqua City/Diver City. Its a gigantic mall with food courts and small boutique shops. A nice time to spend when its hot out and need some AC!

Finally got to scratch this one off the bucket list. The statue sits behind the mall, facing the garden. At night, it is illuminated with flood lights and LEDs around its feet. Once an hour there is a light show. And the Gundam head moves! Definitely a must visit if you're in Odaiba.

Odaiba would have to be described as both odd and interesting. The man made island feels very different and distant to the rest of Tokyo, although it does have a large shopping centre. In addition, there is also a Statue of Liberty.

Went across to Odaiba one night to view the city lights and Rainbow bridge. Felt so safe walking around, especially when everyone else around was playing Pokemon Go ! It was a week night and late. Quiet and relaxing whilst watching the party boats on the bay.

翻譯 There are gundam museum, Statue of Liberty and Rainbow Bridge. There is a 1:1 high gundam in Odaiba. If you like the gundam this is the best place to travel. Many people go that because of that. There is a gundam museum "Gundam Front Tokyo" and gundam coffee near as well. You may take a rest in the gundam... More

Plenty of diverse activities, including viewing the giant Gundam in Divercity, riding the Ferris Wheel, test driving vehicles at the Toyota Amlux showroom, or taking in all the interesting architecture.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
