This airport has great shops, restaurants, and places to rest and the staff are so helpful and kind. What more could one ask for?! :)))

We have flown into airports in major cities in several countries but none have been as nice as the International Terminal at the Tokyo Haneda Airport. Extremely clean and bright with friendly personal everywhere. Almost all the people we interacted with spoke enough English to make communication work. The entire experience was amazing, both in and outbound. Definitely an A+... More

So much easier to negotiate than Narita for a tourist totally unfamiliar with Tokyo. Wonderful staff. Very able and willing to help. If you have a late evening arrival, especially, be sure to have a reservation for the Park Rose hotel at Haneda. You will appreciate the ease of deplaning, clearing customs, walking straight to your accommodations, and settle in... More

I stayed at the airport hotel and walked and dined at the international terminal. I liked the airport very much and there was quite a lot to see. I saw even some sakura flowers and enjoyed cherry ice-cream. I think the prices were not much higher than in the city.

As a frequent traveler, I spend a lot of time in airports. Haneda was like no airport I've ever visited. It's not just that there are pretty/aesthetic elements -Vancouver is prettier. It's not just that staff /airline personnel are friendly and helpful - Dublin is friendlier. its not just that it's incredibly clean - lots of other airports top this... More

It was a nice relaxing spot to see the planes land and take off. Can get a bit windy and cold though.

Nice view from here. You can see the Tokyo Tower far ahead. The planes taking off are pretty cool to see

No matter what time of arrival at Haneda Airport, there were optional choices of ground transportation.
