Used clothes stores, record dealers, antique shops... To call Shimokitazawa the Bohemian district of Tokyo would be a bit of a stretch, but it is a very cool neighborhood. Fun to walk around and a great place for getting a bite to eat!

Enjoyed our walk around here and how it was a bit less chaotic than some of the more touristy shopping areas! Some nice cafes and shows and also really enjoyed the cat cafe in this neighbourhood.

This street is definitely for people who are willing to take the time to rummage through countless hangars and stores to find vintage clothes to wear. Shops that I would personally recommend would be flamingo, WEGO, and New York joe exchange.

Love walking around all the little shops in Shimokita. Excellent place for second-hand clothes, novelty shops, and hipsters.

Probably my new favorite neighborhood! Loved the relaxed vibes and the tons of vintage shops around. If you love vintage clothes shopping and a really lovely neighborhood, visit this place!

Spent a pleasant evening here with 19 and 16 year old girls going round the numerous vintage clothing shops. Nice laid back atmosphere and felt like it would have been a good place to stay. Some good buys to be had too. Definitely still Tokyo...More

A stunning little area of Tokyo with lots of great shops and excellent places to eat - so many to choose from! Excellent location for exploring all of Tokyo as train links are perfect - one stop from Shibuya.

Read a lot about the hip and happening Shimokitazawa on the net. Had a good time walking in and out of many quirky second hand clothes stores.. Didn't buy anything but enjoyed nevertheless! Two mentions. Darwin's room.. It's a cafe/store that draws it's inspiration from...More

SHIMOKITAZAWA is not a restaurant name, but a name of the town in Setagaya city.
