This building is standing just next to Sangenjaya Station of Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line (just 5 minutes from Shibuya). It's free to climb to the top of the building (26th floor) which offers free lounge, bar and a restaurant. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Fuji and surrounding mountains. A night view is also recommendable.

We have been a few times and it's great to go up to the 26 th floor to watch the sun setting. From five to seven pm is happy (2) hour when drinks are a lot cheaper. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Carrot Tower was the best time of my 14 years of living on this lovely planet Earth. From the one and only Austin Crawford. Thank you for everything Game Freak for making Pokemon games for me.

Just take the elevator up to the top floor to have a free look from the 25th floor which is an office flow but nobody seem to bother.
