This is a business building with lots of restaurants inside. I chanced upon the ceiling and it was just breath-taking. This is in the heart of the city so be sure to drop by from The Metropolitan Building / Observatory deck.

Nice view looking up. A variety of businesses are located here. Nice place to just work and relax at a cafe while watching all the business people coming and going. Nothing much really to see unless you just happen to be in the area.

We wandered down and found the building. The inside of the building is very large and the pendulum is cool but that's about it. Not worth the walk from Shinjuku station.
