Studio? Frankly, I am not even sure there is a real studio there. For most people, Alta studio is a great meeting place just opposite JR Shinjuku station. A department store, with a recently added records/tape store that is definitely worth a look...

This place is definitely worth a visit. It's easy to find (right across the street from Shibuya Station). Lots of cute clothing shops :)

Probably one of the most recognized and used spots for a meeting point in the world. As you exit JR Shinjuku Station east exit, Studio Alta building is directly right in front of you. The building itself is just a shopping mall, nothing special. It...More

It was a great passing by. Lots of memories over the years. There's lots of people crossing the road. A good place to take pictures.

Not sure why this has got ratings as an 'attraction' at all... It's just a rather average building which houses stores and restaurants with a big screen (although there are plenty bigger screens around Tokyo) that plays advertisements?! You'll see it as you come out...More

Popular meeting spot, you cant miss the gigantic screen, only problem is it feel like half the population of the world are also in on it!

Not sure why you'd actually go here. It's a big meeting point, and possibly a bit of a landmark. Packed full of restaurants. Lots of youthful energy. But so are many other places in other parts of town. Go to Shibuya or Shimo Kitazawa instead.

A popular meeting at Shinjyuku 3chome area, which is also known as a home of legendary noon TV show "Waratte Iitomo" (1982-2014), broadcasted by FUJI TV.

This place is used to be famous as a place to meet with friends in 1980s, (literally and as a studio for famous TV program) but now the area is so crowded and small, I do not think it a good choice to walk around...More
