Japan and Japanese well-known of their punctuality. So we were on business trip, we left office in Chiba and went to Tokyo which took us 1 hour, and when we arrived there, it's already 8.30pm. And the Skytree lady over the counter informed and advise us not to go up, as we have to leave the top level by 8.45pm... More

It costs 3000 yen for local but if you are willing to pay 4000 yen then go to the non local line inside which is way shorter plus a nice looking lady will bring you to the fast entry. The view is great if weather is nice. I won't go again if you ask me

Went on a Thursday afternoon and the queue to buy tickets was ridiculous, queue for than an hour just to buy tickets and another hour to take the lift up. The night view from the top of the tower is amazing. There are some cafes and restaurants at the top. If interested, can buy another ticket to go to the... More

Made a half day trip Skytree. It was absolutely worth it! The design of the building is very unique. The glass floor experience was very scary but we'll worth pushing yourself if you're scared of heights (like I am). The staff were very friendly. You get to take your picture while on the glass floor. They'll print it and put... More

The sky tree puts the size of Tokyo into perspective and really shows how massive this amazing city is. If you can get a clear day you may be lucky enough to see Mt Fuji - alas I was not that lucky but still worth doing. Foreigners can buy a pass at sky tree that will fast track you -... More

I highly recommend going at night. What a beautiful view of the city. There is even a section with a glass floor to look down. Of course if you are uneasy about heights it might be best to avoid. I'm not giving it 5 stars as it is overpriced. You buy one ticket for the middle deck and you have... More

We visit this place at late afternoon and stay until night time. Since we also bring our son along, we decide to buy fastpass ticket. The fastpass price for combo of 350m and 450m will be JPY 4k for each adult and JPY 2k for kid. First we go to level 350m then go to level 445, walk all the... More

I decided to visit the Skytree which is easily accessible from several subway stations. Average price to ride the elevator, although I was surprised the elevator was enclosed (couldn't see outside riding up). There are two options to ride: 350m or 450m. I rode to 450m ( you can purchase tickets to the 450m level at the 350m level). During... More
