you can actually arrange it with your hotel BUT if you were booked with high end ones they offer tours that would cost you fortune. The Bohol Coco Farm booked it for us which is very cheap. You can also go to Alona beach... More

Once you arrived at the Balicasag island they would offer you to have a local to boat you to where you wanna go (turtle or fish sanctuary) I think the cost would be around 250php per head and additional 150 for snorkling. I... More

where are you staying if I may ask? If you are already in Panglao and you know how to bike you can rent one and just bike yourself to Alona Beach from there boats are waiting to get you to Balicasag then Virgin Island... More
